Like any community based non-for-profit, The Norwood Bears Volleyball club is sustained by the valuable contribution of volunteers.

Coaching
There are a range of opportunities to get involved with coaching at any level from the youngest juniors up to State League Women and Men.
Our junior program is always in need of enthusiastic help and we can help you get started with training and accreditation.
The club also offers some payment for coaches depending on team level, number of years coaching and satisfaction of VSA coaching accreditation requirements.

Committee
The Norwood Bears Volleyball Club Committee oversees the club and makes decisions about all aspects of competition and administration.
Nominations for the committee are taken at the AGM every year which usually occurs in January or February. However, if you are interested in club governance we'd love to hear from you!
Fundraising and Events
Every year the bears host a range of fundraising initiatives like junior tournaments, quiz nights and wine drives. While these events vary from year to year, we always need volunteers. If you have fundraising ideas or a desire to help out at events please register your interest with us by emailing info@norwoodbears.com.au.
